Tiffany Marie Job 1983 – 2025
Tiffany Marie Job was a beautiful soul who graced this earth for far too short a time. She departed from us for her eternal home with Jesus Christ after a courageous fight against lung cancer—an enemy she faced head-on with grace and unyielding faith. Even in her final moments, she illuminated the world around her, bringing joy and inspiration to everyone’s lives.
Tiffany’s beautiful spirit will be carried on by her husband, Nick, and their children, Pierce and Knox, as well as her adoring parents, Craig and Angela Jimerfield. Her memory will also be honored by her parents-in-law, Keith and Noel Job, who loved her as their own daughter; her brother and sister-in-law Brent and Aubrey Job and Tiffany’s nephews Keegan and Declan Job; her loving family in California, including her beloved grandmother Betty Collier, uncle and aunt Lewis and Anita Collier, as well as her loving cousins (Amanda, Matthew, Holly and Tyler) and their amazing families. She will also be loved and remembered from Washington by her uncle and aunt Steven and Sharon Jimerfield. Preceding Tiffany in death and welcoming her into the glory of heaven are her grandfather, John Collier, her Grandmother Zell Hathaway, and her aunt, Debora Maltbie (Collier), all of whom she loved so very much.
Tiffany was born on March 9th, 1983, in Honolulu, Hawaii. With her parents both serving in the Navy, Tiffany lived an adventurous and exciting childhood spanning unforgettable places like Hawaii, Bermuda, Virgina, South Carolina, Guam and San Antonio. From traveling in the cargo haul of C130s to riding out typhoons in military housing, Tiffany’s nomadic life as a military child was filled with fun and beautiful memories. She attended Driscoll Middle School and Antonian College Preparatory High School in San Antonio, where she excelled academically and athletically, earning high marks while being a standout swimmer, dancer and long-distance runner. Tiffany was both homecoming queen and prom queen – a fact most never knew because she was too humble to mention it. Despite her beauty and social graces, Tiffany was adored by her friends and classmates for her kindness, selflessness and care for others. As busy as Tiffany managed to be in her high school years, she found time to love and honor her parents with all her heart, and they poured every ounce of that love right back into her.
Tiffany and Nick met in their early years at Texas Tech University, forming a love that would flourish in the most uncomplicated yet profound way, as if fate had conspired to bring their paths together from the very beginning. They developed a bond early in life that would lead to vows to each other they never imagined they would live out so literally. This bond would become a life raft for the swelling storm, but also a beacon of enduring and unbreakable love that Tiffany was so intent on demonstrating for her boys. Before having kids, Tiffany and Nick traveled frequently, often taking spontaneous trips to far-off destinations. When not working or traveling, Tiffany would almost always be found exercising, eventually finding a passion as a Pilates instructor in her “spare” time.
Tiffany’s greatest joy in life would become her two children, Pierce and Knox, who she fought so hard to bring into this world. She would constantly remind them that they “have no idea how immensely they were wanted and how deeply they are loved.” Tiffany was their laughter, their warmth, and their unwavering and unconditional support, striking a delicate balance between guidance and gentle affection. Every prayer, every bedtime story, every comforting hug, was infused with her limitless love, making her not just a mother, but a living embodiment of nurturing, which may have been Tiffany’s greatest gift.
As a labor and delivery nurse, Tiffany spent more than 15 years pouring her heart into helping others. In every birth she attended, she brought not only her skill, but a compassionate spirit that reassured countless mothers. They felt her gentle strength, her unwavering conviction, and it soothed their uncertainty in the most vulnerable moments of their lives. To Tiffany, helping others was truly a calling in life, and she cherished every second spent caring for those who need it most. Her fellow nurses became lifelong friends, supporting and encouraging her from the first day of her cancer diagnosis until the very end, yet another true testament to the love that Tiffany manifested wherever she went in life.
When Tiffany faced her diagnosis, she didn’t crumble. In fact, she stood tall and met it head-on, transforming her plight into a mission. She chose to share her journey—every mountain, every valley—with an honesty that inspired countless individuals around the world. In doing so, she embodied faith and resilience, remaining joyful and filled with grace even as she battled her unimaginable illness. As a cancer warrior, Tiffany never slowed down, choosing instead to fight from her treadmill (4 miles per day!), continued Pilates, prayed daily and rarely missed a church sermon. She often said that she wanted to make an impact before leaving this earthy life, and she did just that, teaching everyone who knew her to live with intention and to trust in God’s ultimate plan no matter the circumstances.
Tiffany's legacy is palpable. It will forever echo in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. Her life taught us powerful lessons: to live as you are today, to confront each day with courage, and to cherish the ones you love in every moment. She reminded us that it’s never too late to embrace the fullness of life, to shed the burdens of judgment and expectation, and to be unashamedly ourselves. As we navigate this world without her, we ask that you hold on to Tiffany's amazing spirit. To remember her laughter, her kindness, and her brilliant light. Let us carry that light forward, striving to be present, to love unconditionally, and to make an impact—just as she did.
