Thomas Howard Beene

Thomas Howard Beene, age 76, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2023 at his home in Arlington, Texas.

Tom was born in Big Spring, Texas on February 23, 1947 to James Howard Beene and Hattie Frances Beene and was raised through high school in Arlington, Texas. After high school, at the age of 19, Tom moved to Dallas, Texas where he lived for more than 50 years.

Tom was a long-time employee of the State Fair of Texas. Afterwards, he started the Silver Tray Catering Company in Dallas, Texas.

Tom is survived by his husband of 48 years Ronald Eugene Timberlake and sister-in-law Kay Beene Williams.

A Memorial Service honoring Tom will be held after the first of the new year.
