Ronald Earl Hart

Ronald E. Hart, affectionately known as Ron, passed away surrounded by the love of his family, leaving behind a legacy of faith, devotion, and kindness that will continue to inspire all who knew him.

Ron was born in 1947 at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, to Alton and Louise Hart. He attended the University of North Texas, where he completed four years of college and became a proud member of Delta Sigma Phi fraternity. He also honorably served his country in the United States Army Reserves for six years.

Ron dedicated more than 35 years to the insurance industry, building a distinguished career marked by hard work, leadership, and integrity. He began as a claims representative and steadily advanced through the ranks, serving as a Regional Supervisor, Director of Claims, and later as the Chief Financial Officer and partner of one of Texas' largest insurance training schools.

In 2002, Ron fulfilled his entrepreneurial vision by founding AAA Training Unlimited. Under his leadership, AAA Training Unlimited became an industry leader, recognized for the exceptional quality of its instruction and its unwavering commitment to integrity. Through his dedication, professionalism, and passion for helping others succeed, Ron earned the respect and admiration of colleagues, students, and insurance professionals throughout the industry before retiring after a remarkable career.

While Ron's professional accomplishments were significant, his greatest achievement was the life he built with his beloved wife, Marseille "Marcy" Hart. Together they shared 57 wonderful years of marriage, creating a home rooted in faith, love, generosity, and unwavering commitment and devotion to his family.

Ron is lovingly survived by his wife, Marcy; his sons, Jason Hart and his wife, Courtney, and Jeff Hart and his wife, Courtney; his cherished grandchildren, Collin, Chloe, Katherine, Jake, Nik, Sam, and Adison; his great-grandson, Waylon; his brother, Don Hart; and many extended family members, dear friends, and countless lives he touched throughout his journey.

Ron was a man of deep faith, unwavering love, and genuine kindness. He had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued, greeting family and friends with warm hugs, thoughtful conversations, and a sincere interest in their lives. Gentle, wise, generous, and patient, he found his greatest joy in his family and loved encouraging those around him. His steadfast trust in God and passion for sharing his faith inspired generations, leaving a legacy of love, compassion, and quiet strength that will continue to live on.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Ron's life during a Visitation on Friday, July 31, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Wade Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Wade Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Ron's honor to the American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association.

Ron will be deeply missed, but his faith, love, generosity, and example will remain forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him. His legacy will continue through the family he cherished, the friends he embraced, the business he built, and the countless lives he influenced with grace, humility, and unwavering faith.
