Robin Rene Willim, 64, passed away on November 11, 2025, in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on October 27, 1961, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to Geraldine Marie “Geri” (Waltrip) and Robert Jules “Bob” Dubois.
A celebration of life will be held at 2pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington, Texas 76013.
Robin grew up in a lively and close-knit family alongside her brothers, Robert Dubois and Ric Dubois. She graduated from Bowie High School in Arlington, Texas, in 1979, where she proudly served as both co-captain and captain of the Bowie High School Drill Team—roles that reflected her spirit, leadership, and love of community. After high school, she attended classes at Kilgore College, further fueling her curiosity and passion for learning.
Throughout her life, Robin explored various career paths before finding her professional home at the Tarrant County Appraisal District. For 27 years, she dedicated herself to her work as a Quality Assurance Liaison, earning the respect, trust, and admiration of colleagues who knew her for her diligence, fairness, and warm personality.
At the heart of Robin’s life were the people she loved. She is survived by her daughters, Misti Parker and her husband Robert, and Tiffani Matlock and her husband Erick. She adored her grandchildren—Savannah, Andrew, and Kye—who brought her immense joy and pride. Robin is also survived by her parents, Geri & Bob Dubois; her brother Robert Dubois and his spouse Rhonda; her brother Ric Dubois and his spouse Shannon; and a multitude of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Daniel and Edith Waltrip; paternal grandparents, Jules and Hattie “Pat” Dubois; and one nephew, Rob Dubois.
Robin’s interests were as colorful and vibrant as her personality. She had a deep love for arts and crafts, often creating thoughtful pieces that reflected her creativity. She enjoyed unwinding with movies and TV shows, especially anything in the realm of science fiction, musicals, or her beloved Downton Abbey. Evenings with a good show and a glass of wine were among her favorite quiet pleasures.
Robin will be remembered for her kindness, humor, creativity, and unwavering love for her family. She had an infectious laugh that could fill a room and lift the spirits of everyone around her—a sound that will be deeply missed but forever cherished. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.
