Richard Timothy Engels

Richard Timothy Engels was born on January 15, 1950 in Wichita, Kansas to Lawrence Vincent Engels and Jacquelene Funderburk Engels. He is from a big family, being born second out of twelve.

Richard enjoyed music and he played both drums and guitar when he was young. He married his wife of 35 years Kim-Eng Ung Engels on June 6, 1987. He passed on the Engels musicianship to his son Lawrence Vincent Engels II. He also worked as a Tax Specialist for the IRS for almost 30 years before his retirement.
