Richard Earl Price

Richard Earl Price, age 85, went to join our Heavenly Father on August 14th, surrounded by all his loved ones.

Richard was born June 18th, 1941, in Mansfield, Ohio, to John Paul Price and Corinna Weaver. There, he met the love of his life, Juanita Mae Martin. They married on June 30th, 1962, and were married for 58 years.

Richard moved to Arlington in 1971 with his wife and three children. He was an active member of First Presbyterian Church for 54 years. He and his wife made significant impacts on the church, including starting the Family Living Sunday School, which is still active today.

He served as an Elder and Deacon for the church. Additionally, he sang in the Chancel Choir for decades. Along with his love for singing, he had many passions, such as woodworking. He took pride in building home furnishings for his family.

Richard was loved by many. He was a loving and supportive husband, wonderful father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Richard was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita Mae Price, and his eldest son, Scott Richard Price.

He is survived by his daughter, Suzanne Renee Parker; son, Stephen Ryan Price and wife, Lori; daughter-in-law, Cheryl Price; grandchildren, Breanna, Brendon and his wife, Jasmine, Mason, Olivia, and Austin; and five great-grandchildren.
