Pasquale LaPosta passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025. He was born on January 14, 1933, to Luigi and Rose LaPosta in Leominster, Massachusetts.
Pasquale was a proud product of the Leominster Public School System, graduating in 1953. He went on to earn a degree from the College of the Holy Cross in 1957. After graduation, he received a commission as an Ensign in the United States Navy. He served two years on active duty and four years in the active reserves.
Following his discharge from the Navy, Pasquale taught physics and math at Athol Regional High School in Athol, Massachusetts, for one year. He then began a 33-year career with Tucker Housewares, in Leominster, Massachusetts and moved to Arlington, Texas in 1965 to open the Arlington Plant. He served as plant manager, later moving into sales as Director of Sales and Vice President.
Pasquale was very active in the plastics industry, as well as in community and church organizations. His contributions will live on, along with the unforgettable memories he created for those in both his personal and professional life.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 61 years, Ann Marie LaPosta.
He is survived by his son, Matthew, and his wife Denise; daughters, Lisa and her husband Rick, Michele, Patricia and her husband David, and Melissa and her husband Wes. He was a cherished grandfather to Lauren Johnson and her husband Breece, Logan LaPosta and his wife Elise, Payne LaPosta, Brandon Beseda and his wife Shea, Madison Beseda, Ryan Cunningham and her husband Matt, Channing Carpenter, Bailey Carpenter, Taylor Jones and her husband Grant, Peyton Shamp, Paige Shamp, and Brooke Shamp. He was also a proud great-grandfather to Jordy and Blake Johnson, Addy Beseda, Landon Cunningham, and Austin and Eli Jones.
A Rosary will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2025, at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church at 9:30 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Following the service, Pasquale will be laid to rest in the Columbarium at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, with Taps and a flag presentation by the U.S. Navy Honors Team.
