Mary Lou Garrison passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025, following a steady decline in her health. She was born in Fort Worth, Texas on July 19, 1930. She was the wife of James Richard Garrison for 57 years who passed in July 2006.

She was an artist who enjoyed tole painting and a homemaker who along with husband Jim raised Four kids. She is survived by sons and their spouses Randy & Susan Garrison, Stewart and Rene Garrison, and Gary and Debbie Garrison, and one daughter Nancy Garrison Gustafson and Jon Gustafson; Grandchildren Dena, Mia, Carah, Kenny, Hunter, Jamie, Wesley and Larson; Great Grandchildren Audrey, Archie, Sadie, Max, and Zane.

She was dearly loved by her extended family and friends. Her love will be remembered, treasured and missed. May her memory be eternal in the hearts of those who loved her or knew her. She especially loved her family, friends, painting, attending church and watching sunsets.
