Louise Nale Parker, a devoted wife, loving mother, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, and faithful servant of the Lord, entered into the presence of her Savior on July 17, 2026, in Arlington, Texas, at the age of 96.

Louise was born on May 21, 1930, in Hearne, Texas, to James Nale. She lived a life marked by unwavering faith, steadfast love, and selfless devotion to her family. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree, Louise chose to dedicate her life to her greatest calling as a homemaker.

For nearly 50 wonderful years, Louise shared a beautiful marriage with the love of her life, Roy Allen Parker, until his passing in 1996. Their marriage was a testament to enduring love, faithfulness, and partnership. Though she deeply missed Roy, she carried his memory in her heart every day.

Louise is survived by her beloved sons, Barry Parker and Scott Parker and his wife, Kelly. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Zachary Parker and his wife, Hannah, and Hannah Cole and her husband, Taylor. Nothing brought her greater joy than watching her family grow, and she treasured every moment spent with her great-grandchildren: Isla, Vaughn, Scottie, and Charlie. Each of them knew they were deeply loved because Louise had a remarkable gift for making every person feel valued, worthy, and cherished.

Those who knew Louise will remember her as strong-willed by being a woman of conviction whose life was guided by God's truth. She led her home along the righteous path of the Lord and demonstrated her faith through quiet acts of service, compassion, and generosity. She never sought recognition and never expected anything in return. Instead, she consistently placed the needs of others before her own, offering unconditional love with a gentle heart and a warm smile. She was a true sweetheart whose caring spirit touched countless lives.

Louise found joy in life's simple blessings. She loved spending time at the beach, soaking in God's creation and being fully present with those she loved. She was also a devoted University of Texas Longhorns fan; she truly "bled orange" and never missed an opportunity to cheer on her beloved Longhorns.

Her faith was the foundation of her life. As a faithful member of First Presbyterian Church of Arlington and later at Trinity United Methodist Church in Arlington, Louise found strength, purpose, and community through her relationship with Christ. She lived out her faith daily by loving others as Jesus taught, extending grace, encouragement, and kindness to everyone she met.

The words of 1 Corinthians 13 beautifully reflect the life Louise lived: "Love is patient, love is kind." Her patient heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for God and for others will remain her enduring legacy.

A graveside service celebrating Louise's life will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. at Moore's Memorial Gardens.

Although her family grieves her absence, they rejoice in knowing she has been welcomed into her eternal home, reunited with Roy, and is now at peace in the presence of her Lord and Savior. Louise leaves behind a legacy of faith, unconditional love, and quiet strength that will continue to inspire all who were blessed to know her.
