In Loving Memory of Jean LaDon Sayen

Jean Sayen, born August 2,1931 in Moody, TX peacefully passed September 21, 2023. She was a beloved mother, daughter, sister and friend; leaving lots of memories that will forever be etched in our hearts.

She enjoyed fishing, crafting, puzzles, and especially playing bingo. She had a natural ability to connect with other people while never meeting a stranger; along with all her friends at Bethesda Gardens, Arlington, TX where she lived six years.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents Jess and Vera Brinkley; brother Charles Brinkley; twin sister Bonnie Mertz; her loving husband Charles; son and daughter in law Bruce and Mary Sayen. Jean’s legacy lives on through her surviving family; Mike and wife Gay; Pat and wife Patricia; along with many grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Service is Monday, October 2, 2023 at 9:00 AM; Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
