James “Jimmy” Edward Falgout, a beloved son, brother, uncle, and great-uncle, passed away peacefully on October 26, 2026.
Jimmy was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. Due to his father’s military career, the family moved several times throughout his childhood, living in New Orleans, Kansas City, Chicago, and Texas.
Jimmy was a kindhearted man who loved his cats, family, and friends. He had a passion for history, 1950s sitcoms, The Beatles, the Dallas Cowboys, and, of course, good food! He enjoyed his work and especially valued the relationships he built with his coworkers and customers. One fun fact about Jimmy was his love of the heavy metal band Pantera, whose members he knew from school!
Jimmy was preceded in death by his grandparents. He is survived by his loving parents, Warren and Ann Falgout; his brother, Warren Falgout Jr., and sister-in-law, Yvonne; and his sister, Debbie Abbott. He was a cherished uncle to Nicholas Abbott, Ashley Piggee, Josh and Jacob Rentschler and a beloved great-uncle to Destiny, Gabriel, Roman, Silas and Etta.
Jimmy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. The memories shared with him will forever be treasured in the hearts of his family and friends.
