Obituary

Helen Pamela Oldershaw (Pam), age 83, passed away peacefully at her home on August 27, 2026, after a battle with Alzheimer’s. Pam was born on December 3, 1942, in the Township of Mt. Holly, New Jersey, to William Davis and Helen Marie Oldershaw.

After completing high school, she studied to become a model in New York City. She worked as a photographer’s model in New York and later in Kansas City. Drawing on that experience, Pam became a sales executive with Lady Love Cosmetics and then pursued a career as an esthetician in Fort Worth. With esthetics and personal care at the core of her interests, Pam returned to college at age 50 to study dental hygiene and graduated with honors. She continued in that career until retiring.

Pam had a keen eye for style and a love of beauty. She was a seamstress who crafted intricate drapes and clothing. She also loved architecture and completely remodeled her home, even adding an art studio. If she wasn’t redesigning her kitchen or making drapes for her family, you could find her gardening, cooking, or shopping for anything glamorous.

Pam was a faithful member of Tate Springs Baptist Church and later of Central Bible Church. She loved Jesus and her community of friends. As a devoted mother, she focused her love on her family and doted on her grandchildren, leaving behind a lifetime of love, memories, and moments that will live forever in the hearts of those who knew her.

Pam was preceded in death by her father, William Oldershaw; her mother, Helen Oldershaw; her brother, Craig Oldershaw; and her nephew, David Oldershaw. Pam is survived by her son, William (Bill) Schultz, and daughter-in-law, Beth Schultz; her son, Andy Schultz; grandchildren, Andrew (Drew) Schultz, Sarah Schultz, and Nathan Schultz; sister-in-law, Joanne Oldershaw; and nieces, Nan and (Mike) Gillispie and Kendra and (Randall) Mora.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm at Wade Funeral Home, Arlington, Texas.
