Helen Crawford

Helen H. Crawford, born on June 26, 1936, in Norfolk, Virginia, peacefully passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 88 in Midlothian, Texas. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband of 56 years, Joe, who passed away on May 1, 2011.

Helen's life was marked by her strong will, determination, and deep compassion. Whether at work or at home, her tireless commitment and kind-hearted nature made a lasting impression on all who knew her. She will be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her generosity, and her ability to brighten any room with her warmth and kindness.

Helen is survived by her three children: Rick, Cathye, and Mary Jo, along with their spouses. She is also lovingly remembered by her 8 grandchildren: Jennifer, Steven, Chris, Dan, Kelly, Josh, Ryan, Scott, and their spouses. Her legacy continues through her 15 great-grandchildren: Bryce, Blake, Jack, Tommy, Kailey, Bella, Isaiah, Julia, Neal, Christin, Deacon, Matthew, Layla, Loa, and Oliver.

A memorial service to honor Helen's life will be held at Wade Funeral Home on November 21, 2024, at 10:00 AM. Family and friends are invited to join together to celebrate the life of this remarkable woman, whose love and presence will be dearly missed.
