Fabrice Ndala Saidi

In Loving Memory of Fabrice Saidi

Fabrice Saidi passed away on January 20, 2026, at 1:03 a.m. at Medical City Arlington Hospital. He was 36 years old. Fabrice lived a full and layered life, marked by creativity, joy, faith, and a deep love for people. From a young age, Fabrice stood out. As a child, he was gifted in sports, especially football, where his talent felt almost effortless. When the moment mattered most, his coaches trusted him with the ball, and time after time he found a way to make a play. There was a presence to the way he showed up in those moments. He didn’t rush. He didn’t panic. He carried himself in a way that made others trust him.

That same presence followed him everywhere. Off the field, Fabrice had a natural way of drawing people in. Friends gravitated toward him, especially during difficult seasons of life. He made space for people. He listened. He laughed easily. Being around him felt grounding, and many found comfort and belonging in his presence.

As he grew older, Fabrice’s creativity continued to expand. He found joy in photography, capturing people and moments with depth and care. He was also a gifted artist, expressing himself through drawing and visual art. In quieter moments, he loved writing poetry, using words to reflect, process, and express what he felt deeply. Creativity was another way he connected with the world, a reflection of how attentively and thoughtfully he saw others.

The defining chapter of Fabrice’s life began when he chose to follow Jesus. That decision reshaped everything. Through faith, he left his hometown and stepped into the unknown, trusting God with his future. It wasn’t a gradual shift. It was a commitment. His faith was personal, real, and lived out daily.

Out of that commitment came a new life. Through God, Fabrice found work, shelter, community, and belonging. He built deep relationships, traveled, served, prayed, and shared the Gospel wherever he was led. He spoke about faith with clarity and passion because it came from experience. In later years, he preached, prayed with others, and helped build faith-based communities, including sharing messages online that reached people far beyond physical walls.

Even now, his voice remains through the messages and videos he left behind. His testimony continues to speak. And because of the commitment he made to God, Fabrice now rests in the presence of the One he pursued with his whole heart.

Fabrice will be remembered for his faith, his kindness, his creativity, and the joy he brought into the lives of others. He lived imperfectly, yet with conviction, trusting in grace and love beyond himself.

He is survived by his mother, Vianney; his stepfather, Tom; his brothers Cedrick, Tony, and Shammah; his nephews Caius and Luca; his niece Mosaic; and a wide circle of family and friends whose lives were forever changed by knowing him.

Fabrice will be deeply missed and always remembered.
