Elizabeth “Beth” Kay Jones

Elizabeth “Beth” Kay Jones, 65, of Arlington, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 10, 2025. Born on September 7, 1960, in Denison, Texas, Beth was the beloved daughter of Bill and Mary Carr. She built a warm, joyful life rooted in faith, family, and the simple pleasures that brought her happiness.

A celebration of life will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at Wade Family Funeral Home, 4140 W. Pioneer Pkwy., Arlington, Texas 76013, With Pastor Phil Smith officiating.

Beth dedicated many years of her life to serving others as a dental assistant with McDougal Dentistry in Richardson, Texas. Known for her bright personality and genuine kindness, she made both coworkers and patients feel at ease. Her commitment to her work reflected her caring spirit and her desire to help those around her.

A faithful member of Heights Baptist Church, Beth lived out her beliefs daily. She loved attending services and cherished the relationships she formed within her church family.

Beth was a devoted mother whose love knew no bounds. She found joy in traveling, snow skiing, staying active, and spending time outdoors. She had a heart for animals. She also enjoyed following police cars and firetrucks just to see what was going on. She had a creative eye and a love for beauty—decorating, shopping, taking pictures, and scrapbooking were among her favorite pastimes.

Her home was filled with laughter, especially when watching I Love Lucy, one of her longtime favorites. She found peace in gardening, delight in red wine and romance movies, and immeasurable joy in playing with her grandchildren, whom she adored.

Beth’s warm spirit, sense of fun, and loving heart touched everyone who knew her. She was a loyal friend, a caring mother and grandmother, and a woman whose presence brought light to every room.

She is survived by her children, Collin Jones, and wife, Haley, Karis Jones, and husband Josh Grammer; grandchildren, Mack Jones, Tyce Beeler, Braison Grammer, and Kestyn Grammer; parents, Mary and Bill Carr; sisters, Annette Fisher and Gena Franks, and husband, Scott; father of her children, Andy Jones; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who were blessed to know her.
