Dorothy Rita Wilson

Dorothy Rita Wilson, 95, of Dallas, Texas, peacefully departed this life on June 25, 2026. Born in Lewiston, Maine on March 22, 1931, she was the cherished daughter of Alfred and Laura St. Pierre. 

Throughout her life, Dorothy was a beacon of love, warmth, and resilience. In her early years, she embraced her passion for dance and shared that joy by teaching at Arthur Murray in New York. Her vibrant spirit was evident in all she did, from her creative pursuits to her dedication as a clothing sales representative in the industry. 

But above all, Dorothy's greatest joy was her family. She was a devoted mother to her daughters, Debbie and Linda. Her love for them knew no bounds, and she consistently expressed that they were her proudest achievement, a sentiment that will resonate deeply in the hearts of those who knew her. Dorothy had a passion for traveling that took her to many beautiful destinations particularly enjoying her month-long summers on the ocean in Maine with her family. These moments spent by the sea became treasured memories that reflected her vibrant spirit and love for life.

In this time of farewell, we remember and cherish the legacy of kindness and love that Dorothy Rita Wilson brought into the world. She will be dearly missed, yet her spirit will continue to echo in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
