Debbie Gill passed away on August 24, 2025, in Arlington, Texas, with her family by her side.
Debbie was born on April 24, 1968, in San Diego, California, to Joseph Flinn, Jr. and Nancy Schultz. She met the love of her life, Randy Gill, in 1989, and together they began a beautiful life journey. In 1999, they made their home in Arlington, Texas, where they built a life full of love, creativity, and shared passions.
Debbie had a deep love for the simple joys in life—cats, cooking, reading, sewing, and fishing. A talented artist, she expressed herself through sculpting clay and designing handmade jewelry. She and Randy shared a love of Sci-Fi and Renaissance festivals, attending them often and with great enthusiasm. The Scarborough Renaissance Festival and the Texas Renaissance Festival were favorite destinations, where they created countless memories with friends.
Debbie also had a passion for travel, especially cruises, which brought her great joy and adventure.
Her warm spirit, creativity, and sense of wonder touched everyone who knew her. Her family extends special thanks to AlevCare Hospice in Arlington for their compassionate care and support during her final days.
Debbie is survived by her husband of 32 years, Charles Randall “Randy” Gill; 3 beloved cats; stepsisters, Vicki Fielden, and LeAnne Fossmeyer; stepfather, Fred Fossmeyer; mother-in-law, Dianne Elliot; 3 uncles, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her father, Joseph Francis Flinn, Jr.; mother, Nancy Sarah (Schultz) Fossmeyer; brother, Joseph Francis Flinn, III; father-in-law, Dr. Charles Elliot.
Debbie will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
