In Loving Memory of Cindy Milburn- December 29, 1961 – July 25, 2025
It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved mother, wife, and grandmother, Cindy Milburn, on July 25, 2025. Her unexpected departure has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Cindy was the heart of her family — a devoted wife to Charles, a loving mother to Kara, Kristen, and Karlie, and a proud grandmother to Cade and Quinn.
She was a lifelong resident of Mansfield, where she grew up, graduated from Mansfield High School in 1980, and subsequently obtained her cosmetology license, working as a nail technician for many years.
She loved spending time with her family, going to Joe T. Garcia’s, listening to country music, attending concerts, tending to her flowers and backyard, going to the lake, and enjoying sunsets on the patio. After years of traveling for Karlie’s softball she enjoyed going to her grandkids sporting events. She spent countless hours talking on the phone with her best friend of almost 50 years, Renee Sutterfield, and enjoyed taking long walks and relaxing on the porch with her loyal companion, Millie.
Her kindness extended far beyond her home. Cindy touched the lives of many with her compassion, generosity, and gentle spirit. Even in her passing, she continued to give — through the selfless act of organ donation, Cindy gave the gift of life to others in need. It is a legacy of love and humanity that we will always honor and cherish.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, July 29th, at Wade Funeral Home from 4-8 pm, and a celebration of Cindy’s life will be held on Wednesday, July 30th, at Creekwood Church in Mansfield at 10:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her name to the Mansfield ISD Education Foundation for a Memorial Scholarship.
Though we grieve deeply, we take comfort in knowing that her beautiful spirit lives on in the lives she saved — and in the hearts of all of us who were lucky enough to know her.
Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Psencik, and father, Bernard Psencik. She is survived by her husband, Charles Milburn; daughters, Kristen Nieting, Karlie Milburn, Kara Connor and her husband, Tim Connor; grandchildren Cade and Quinn Connor; and brother Phil Psencik.
