Billy Bounta Vongphakdy passed away in Grand Prairie, Texas on November 10, 2023. He was 60 years old.
Billy was born on March 13, 1963 in Vientiane, Laos. He moved to the United States in 1987 and became an expert welder, working on offshore drilling platforms and also at the General Motors Assembly Plant in Arlington, Texas.
Billy is survived by Sathikoun Vongphakdy, Aslee Vongphakdy, Tommy Vongphakdy and Johnny Vongphakdy.
Billy will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
