In Loving Memory of
Andra Dawn Lambert
September 27, 1976 – July 22, 2025
Andra Dawn Lambert, 48, of Arlington, Texas, was called home on July 22, 2025. She was born on September 27, 1976, in Irving, Texas, to Sandra Good and the late Frank Lloyd Jr.
Andra was known for her vibrant personality, deep compassion, and unwavering love for family, friends, and animals. She earned her Associate’s degree in Accounting from Remington College in Fort Worth and worked proudly as an accountant, but her greatest role was as a devoted mother. She poured her heart into raising her daughters while also offering warmth and kindness to everyone around her.
She shared a beautiful love with her late husband of 14 years, Raymond Lambert. Andra and Raymond had a bond built on laughter, loyalty, and deep friendship. His passing left a space in her life that could never truly be filled, and she spoke about him often with tenderness and love. Knowing they are together again brings peace to those who saw how much she missed him.
Andra had a special place in her heart for animals, especially those in need. She was always ready to take in a stray or rescue, making them feel at home and loved. Her home was shared with her beloved German shepherd, Sadie; her ferrets, Albert and Pepper; her turtle, Walter; and her chameleon, Mr. Pickles. She was especially drawn to elephants, admiring their emotional depth and intelligence, and her home was filled with elephant paintings and statues—symbols of her appreciation for their strength and gentle spirit.
A proud 90’s soul, Andra loved classic cartoons like Scooby-Doo and Looney Tunes, and often said she was always a “ToysRUs kid.” She loved attending concerts, gardening, cooking for the holidays with family, and cheering for her favorite teams—the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers. She took pride in her roots and loved her hometown of Arlington deeply.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lambert; her father, Frank Lloyd Jr.; her stepfather, David Good; her grandparents, Lee and Jo Ann Cain, and her uncle; Paul Cain.
Andra is survived by her daughters, Sydney and Shelby Rutherford; her mother, Sandra Good; her sister, Cynthia Stone; her stepmom; Donna Lloyd, her half-siblings, Kim Goss and Brad Boyd; and her stepson, Rusty Lambert. She is also lovingly remembered by Rusty’s children, Corey and Courtney, and granddaughter Emma. Her love, compassion, and gentle spirit extended to many others—friends, extended family, and anyone lucky enough to know her.
Andra’s strength, joy, and selflessness left a lasting mark on everyone she met. Her memory lives on through the love she gave and the lives she touched.
