Condolence From: PW
Condolence: We send the family our sincere condolences and thoughts of peace and courage on the loss of your loved one. As you comprehend this profound loss... let yourself cry knowing that each tear is a note of love rising to the God of the heavens. He knows your pain and suffering and will help you cope with your grief knowing that you have the hope of seeing your loved one again. It is comforting for us to know that God does not cause suffering and that one day it will end. James 1:13; Rev. 21:3,4.

Condolence From: Troy Leitschuh
Condolence: Steve and Marilyn,
It’s with sadness that I offer this condolence but it is with a great smile I recall all the fond memories of Gene. From my earliest days with WM, Gene was my first mentor when I made the move from landfill engineer to landfill manager. Then, in 1999, when WM “let me go”, Gene and Mickey were the first ones I went to, job hunting. I can’t tell you how much Gene’s nurturing and mentorship has meant to me to be the person I’ve become. THANK YOU. Speaking of mentorship, Gene is responsible for mine and Charlotte’s love of NASCAR and I fondly recall the days in FW when we would chat about Sunday’s race and his frustration with DJ (Dale Jarrett & the 88 UPS Ford). And all of y’alls generosity in letting us use your TMS tickets on numerous occasions. I’m sad but I know that relationships just like this are prominent throughout Gene’s life and we are all much better for them. All our love, Troy Leitschuh and family.

Condolence: I'm so sorry to hear of Gene's passing. It was a privilege and an honor to have worked with him at IESI. Such a sweet and gentle man that very obviously adored his wife and his family. He leaves a beautiful legacy.

Condolence: Dear Lisa and Family,

So sorry to learn of your Father's passing. I heard the love and compassion you had for your Dad anytime you spoke of him. God has his plan for all of us and he has called him home. Your Dad has left his gifts behind hear on earth in you and all of your family. His legacy will live on and your memories will be of all the wonderful days you had together.

Condolence: Dear Lisa...How fortunate you were to have the father daughter relationship you had. It will continue...have no doubts. You will still feel his presence in your daily life..Love doesnt die, People do.

WHen I die,
Give what's left of me away to Chidren and old men that wait to die

And if you need to cry
Cry for your brother or sister walking the street beside you
And when you need me,
Put your arms around anyone nd give them wht you need to give to me.

I want to leave you something
SOmething better than words or sounds
Look for me in the people I've known
Or loved,
Love doesnt die, People do,
So, when all that's left of me is love, Give me away.

Condolence: Sad to hear about Uncle Beans and best of thoughts to my aunt and cousins, to all my aunts, uncles, and cousins.

I never knew his name was Eugene for the longest of time, same true for Aunt Peach too... lol. I have such great memories. I vividly remember as a young kid going to Aunt Peach and Uncle Beans house. One of the first houses I was ever in that had a fire place, big yard, and a garage full of Fords. He always met me with a smile and always made time to talk with me when we would see one another. I always thought he was a man's man, very Americana like. Since we visited him and Aunt Peach some years back our occasional chime ins on-line about politics was a good time. The last message I got from him was awesome... he knew Gabie got her drivers license and told me to tell her to drive safe. These are some of the memories i hold close to my heart. Im sure you have thousands that you will too.

Love your way from Stacey, Gabie, Gianni and I.
